Thomas J. Wratkowski
is General Counsel for Kraus-Anderson Realty Company in Bloomington,
Minnesota, where he has been employed for over 23 years with Kraus-Anderson's
legal department. He leads a four-person department which provides
counsel to Kraus-Anderson Realty Company on all legal matters involving
real estate acquisition, management, leasing, development, financing,
and construction. The department also acts as counsel to the other
business entities which are part of the Kraus-Anderson family of
corporations, partnerships, and other entities. Wratkowski was appointed
General Counsel in 1995.
Wratkowski received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, summa
cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota,
in 1980, and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota
in 1983. Before joining Kraus-Anderson, he practiced law as an associate
attorney with the law firm of Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick,
P.A., in Duluth, Minnesota. He is licensed as an attorney in the
State of Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin
County Bar Associations. Wratkowski and his wife, Renee, reside
in St. Anthony Village, Minnesota, with their four children, where
he is involved in various school, church, and community activities.
