Ken has been a real estate manager for more than 20 years. He has direct responsibility for over 600,000 square feet of retail properties and also supervises four property managers managing over 1.8 million square feet of commercial properties. Responsibilities include the daily operation of the property buildings, including repair and maintenance, tenant relations, promotional activities, lease renewals, review of prospective tenants, administration of new leases, review of financial data, budgeting and strategic planning for the asset. In addition, Ken will be leading renovation and redevelopment opportunities, and assisting in acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate properties.
