Katie joined Kraus-Anderson Realty Company in 2008 and manages a portfolio of retail properties that total over 550,000 square feet. Her responsibilities include overseeing of daily property operations, annual budgeting, financial reporting, supervision of maintenance staff, tenant relations, contract negotiations and lease renewals. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson, Katie was employed with CB Richard Ellis, assisting in the management of 1.7 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
