David Stalsberg

David Stalsberg is a highly-motivated commercial real estate professional, focusing his efforts on landlord representation in both the office and retail sectors throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson Realty Company, Dave was a leasing associate at Northstar Partners and focused his efforts on landlord and tenant representation services in the office and retail sectors, locally and throughout the nation. At Northstar, he facilitated over 48,000 square feet of transactions worth more than $1.95 MM in lease consideration. Previous to Northstar Partners, Dave was a Leasing Associate at Griffin Companies, where he worked primarily as an office and retail landlord representative. During this two and one-half year period, he facilitated over 57,000 sf of transactions worth more than $2.8MM in lease consideration. He also facilitated a number of acquisition and disposition transactions. Stalsberg previously assisted a financial planning team at Swenson Anderson Financial Group, a Minneapolis-based securities firm. Mr. Stalsberg earned a Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in Real Estate Studies from the University of St. Thomas, where he graduated with honors. Beyond real estate, he was the Head Coach of the Alpine Ski Team at Roseville Area High School and also served as a Young Life Volunteer Leader at Mounds View High School.
