Doug Seward has over 30 years experience in the real estate profession in property management, leasing, sales and development. He began his career in 1972 with Brenden Theatre Co. where he managed and leased office buildings, apartment buildings and worked on theater site selection. In 1977 he was hired by Towle Real Estate to manage a branch office in Rochester, Minnesota for their property management and leasing division. Doug joined Kraus-Anderson in 1980. His background includes property management, sales, re-tenanting, redevelopment and development of retail sites. Doug specializes in retail leasing of shopping centers for neighborhood, community and regional strip centers. He has leased over 3,000,000 square feet to both local and national tenants and to big box users including grocery stores and department stores.
