Paul is a veteran of more than 24 years in mall management, leasing and development. Before joining Kraus-Anderson in 1999, he spent 14 years with two Fortune 500 shopping center REITs in General Growth and CBL & Associates in locations ranging from Southdale Center, Burnsville Center and Riverplace locally to Chicago Place on the Magnificent Mile, Washington D.C.'s The Pavilion at the Old Post Office, Ogden, Utah and Westgate Mall in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He is responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing of more than 4 million square feet of retail and office property in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan.
