Sand, Jr., CPM Jerry Sand has over 30 years of multi-faceted commercial real estate experience in asset and property management, value creation, policy and procedure, & staff management and growth. At Kraus-Anderson Realty Company he directs the day-to-day management, operation and personnel for its retail, office and industrial portfolio located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas and Michigan, consisting of over 4.2 million square feet, over 85 properties and approximately 600 tenants.
