Sue has been involved with the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years, managing commercial office, retail and parking ramps. Sue joined Kraus-Anderson Realty Company in 2007. As a Property Manager, Sue oversees the daily operations of the buildings, perpares budgets and financial reports, supervises the maintenance staff and tenant improvements, manages lease renewals and tenant relations.
