Sue has been involved with the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years with experience in corporate real estate for a multi-national organization and managing commercial office, retail and parking facilities. Sue joined Kraus-Anderson Realty Company in 2007. As a property manager, Sue is responsible for the strategic plan for each asset by preparing budgets, reviewing financial documents, negotiating service contracts, facilitating lease negotiations for lease renewals and reviewing prospective tenant qualifications. Sue also handles tenant concerns, supervises maintenance and contractors, build out of tenant improvements and oversees daily operations of the properties for timely and cost effective results. Sue manages a diverse portfolio located in the metropolitan Twin Cities and the northwest suburbs.
