Cindy MacDonald

Cindy has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson Realty Company, she was Retail Property Manager of Gaviidae Common and Minneapolis City Center, where she managed over 800,000 square feet of retail property. Cindy joined Kraus-Anderson Realty Company in 2004 in the Property Management Department. She has direct responsibility for a portfolio of retail, office and medical properties and also supervises five Property Managers totaling over 1.6 million square feet of commercial properties. Responsibilities include the daily operation of the property buildings, including repair and maintenance, tenant relations, promotional activities, lease renewals, review of prospective tenants, administration of new leases, review of financial data, budgeting and strategic planning for the asset. In addition, Cindy will be leading renovation and redevelopment opportunities, and assisting in acquisition and disposal of real estate.
