Jamie Swanson
Property Manager

Jamie has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 23 years in the areas of accounting/finance, property management, construction management, and leasing. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson Realty Company he oversaw the management and redevelopment of a portfolio of properties comprised of 33 properties in 11 states for a national real estate management company. Jamie joined Kraus-Anderson in June of 2009 and manages a portfolio of 13 properties consisting of office, medical and retail. He is responsible for the daily operations of each property, including lease renewals, tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, contract negotiation, tenant improvements and supervision of the maintenance staff.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, Duluth
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM
• Member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
• Member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA)
• Member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
• Licensed Real Estate Broker-Minnesota
