Janet
L. Goossens, RPA Janet has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years, beginning with residential accounting and moving into retail and office rent collections, common area billings and calculation of percentage rents for tenants. As a Property Manager she has been responsible for preparing budgets, executing contracts for all maintenance items, supervising construction of tenant improvements, assisting with appraisals of properties, facilitating lease negotiations for lease renewals and handling tenant concerns. In 1998 she joined Kraus-Anderson and initially handled the sale of timeshares in Hawaii and Colorado. After attaining her real estate license in January, 2000, she transferred to KA Realty and currently manages over 675,000 square feet of property in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area & surrounding cities. Completed BOMI RPA designation in May of 2008.
