Christine Butterfield, RPA
Property Manager

Christine has been a commercial property manager for over 11 years. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson in 2010, she managed a portfolio of office and industrial buildings for Opus totaling 1.3 million square feet.

Christine currently manages a retail portfolio and is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, tenant relations, contract management, annual bugeting, financial reporting, supervision of maintenance staff, and lease renewals.
