Jack is responsible for managing all aspects of new development, including site selection and acquisition, design and engineering, contractor selection, municipal and other governmental approvals and financing developmental projects including retail, office, industrial, healthcare, business parks and financial institutions.

He graduated from the University of Denver in 2007 with BSBA Degree in Real Estate & Construction Management, and has now been with the Development Team at Kraus-Anderson for the last 3 years.
